Role & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The role is responsible for overseeing the company’s efforts to grow its network, deepen existing relationships, and develop additional business opportunities.

Ideal candidates will be energized by building and managing external relationships, cross-functional collaboration, digging into data, finding scalable and repeatable best practices, constructing strategic communications, and helping to change practice across a dynamic industry.

What you will do:

  • Develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy
  • Create champions for Bild's platform from midmarket to enterprise companies that fit our buying personas
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales target and grow market share
  • Leverage tools such as Hubspot to maintain contact database, generate a sales pipeline, and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Effectively communicate Bild's value proposition through proposals and presentations and understand customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate activities and opportunities with key stakeholders to keep them informed of upcoming opportunities
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of Bild


Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a hands-on lead generation role, driving key metrics and daily activity, preferably in a SaaS organization (from midmarket to enterprise)
  • Consistent track record in achieving and exceeding targets in a closing role
  • Desire for developing new business opportunities
  • Ability to forecast your business – lead conversion data through to pipeline build and win rates
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with experience leading meetings with key leaders and decision makers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about Bild's mission and the future of the industry
